1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://awscommunity.id (the "Service"), operated by AWS User Group Indonesia ("we", "us", or "our"). When you create an account with us through Google OAuth, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users) remain the exclusive property of AWS User Group Indonesia and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Indonesia and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AWS User Group Indonesia.

5. User Content

Our Service may allow you to post, link, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

6. Community Guidelines

As part of the AWS User Group Indonesia community, you agree to:

• Be respectful and considerate of all community members
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Not share spam, malware, or malicious content
• Not impersonate other individuals or misrepresent your affiliation
• Comply with the AWS Community Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these guidelines at our sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AWS User Group Indonesia, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
